Construction of New Pump Station, UV & Electrical Buildings involving️ DN600 bored piling work, various FRP works, inclusive of foundation slabs and retaining walls, supply & installation of various DICL & HDPE water main and dosing lines, testing, and commissioning, effluent and stormwater pipes, pits, and headwalls and electrical and comms conduit and pits.
Vaughan Civil was responsible for the supply and install of civil works, including:
Trench and install all pipework
Install UV and valve slabs and reinforcement
Install UV and electrical steelwork framework and framing
Drill and construct 600mm Dia piles 6m deep for Switch room construction
Supply and install concrete access slab and retaining walls
FRP works, inclusive of foundation slabs and retaining walls
Supply and install concrete roof with Colourbond roof sheeting including structural steel roof
Design, fabrication, and installation of structural steel building frames and roofs
