The Redbank Development Project, part of Sydney Water's West Region Delivery Team, is delivering design, construction, maintenance, and facility management services for water and wastewater systems in Western Sydney.
Vaughan Civil successfully delivered the civil works packages for both the Twin Reservoirs and Pumpstation.
The Pumpstation scope of works included:
Civil / Structural
Construction of pump station slab including drainage channels and plinths.
Construction of Pump Station concrete walls.
Construction of Flowmeter Pit concrete works.
Kerb Only, Kerb and Gutter.
Construction of Concrete Driveway, footpaths and external slabs for generator and stair slabs.
Landscaping.
Utilities
DN250 DICL potable watermain.
DN375 DICL potable watermain.
DN50 PE watermain supply.
RPZ install including slab and cage.
Installation of appurtenances including hydrants, valves and precast elements and all required fittings as per IFC.
DN375 Stormwater.
Installation of Comms.
Chemical dosing lines DN150 carrier pipe with x2 DN40 primary lines.
